    We do NOT have a janitor. Any group using the Clubhouse is expected to cleanup and dispose of the trash.
    Carry In - Carry Out
    1. There is a $100 fee to use the Clubhouse for non-BRHA events which must be paid prior to final approval.
    2. A Blue Rock Heights Association (BRHA) member must be present at the function at all times.
    3.The member, individually, as a family and their guests, shall agree to abide by BRHA rules and regulations. They do hereby wave, release and hold harmless the BRHA officers, directors and members for any injury that any one in their party may suffer while on BRHA property.
    4. Use of the pool and the pool area is permitted only during the regular seasons and hours with a pool monitor present. The pool will also be open to other BRHA members and guests during these hours. All pool rules must be followed.
    5. The BRHA member who requests the use of the clubhouse is responsible for insuring that the stoves and microwaves are shut off and unplugged; the clubhouse, deck, kitchen, grills, pool area, bathrooms and the grounds are cleaned, including sweeping the floors and vacuuming the rugs; the tables and chairs are folded and returned to their proper places; trash is removed from the premises; the lights are off; the windows and doors are locked.
    6. The BRHA member is responsible for any damage to the facility or items within, including tables, chairs and rugs.
    7. The clubhouse thermostat is NOT to be adjusted.
    8. Smoking is not permitted in the building or on any part of the property. No open fires including the fireplace or candles. Grilling must be done outside on the deck.
    9. Guest are reminded to be good neighbors to those residents living near the clubhouse.
    10. Under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, it is unlawful for anyone under 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Therefore BRHA expects anyone using the clubhouse to comply with this law. The member will not permit the illegal consumption of alcohol beverages and assumes FULL responsibility.
